Crown & Core does not offer its advisory services to consumers within the meaning of Spanish and EU consumer-protection law. Any specific engagement is governed by a separate written agreement, which prevails over these terms.
Services
Crown & Core provides strategic IT advisory services, including organisational health and attrition work and IT strategy sparring. Advice is given with professional care and diligence but does not guarantee any particular outcome or result.
Engagements and fees
The concrete scope, deliverables, timeline and fees of any engagement are agreed individually and in writing before work begins. Any day-rate or package figures shown on this website are indicative and non-binding.
Intellectual property
The website and its content are protected by intellectual and industrial property rights. You may view and use the site for personal, non-commercial purposes only; any other use requires prior written authorisation.
Limitation of liability

Governing law and dispute resolution
These terms are governed by Spanish law. As Crown & Core's services are provided on a business-to-business (B2B) basis only, the European Union's Online Dispute Resolution platform for consumers does not apply. Any dispute relating to these terms shall be submitted to the courts of Madrid, Spain.
